Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Timelines
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations across India: 5–7 business days
• Remote areas: up to 10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll always do our best to keep things moving.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping charges that apply will be shown clearly at checkout, before you pay.
From time to time we may offer free shipping on select orders and promotional campaigns — keep an eye out.
Order Tracking
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details by email and/or SMS so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery
Please double-check that your shipping address and contact details are correct, so nothing gets delayed on the way to you.
If you’re unavailable when the courier arrives, they may attempt re-delivery in line with their own policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please reach out within 5 days of delivery at founder@beyondbeautystore.com with your order number and a few clear photographs. We’ll make it right.
