Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Your happiness matters to us deeply. Because our products are worn on the delicate eye area, hygiene comes first — so while we can’t accept returns on opened or used items, we promise to look after you whenever something genuinely goes wrong.

We’re always here to make things right. We gladly offer a replacement if:

•  Your order arrived damaged in transit.

•  You received the wrong product.

•  Your product was defective on arrival.

Just email us at founder@beyondbeautystore.com within 5 days of receiving your order, and we’ll take care of you.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

•  Your order number.

•  Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.

•  An unboxing video, if you have one — it’s strongly recommended and helps us sort things out for you fastest. (For transit-damage claims, a video is required, as it’s the clearest way for us to confirm what happened.)

Requests made after 5 days are harder for us to verify, so please do reach out as soon as you notice anything — we’d hate to miss the window to help.

As our products are personal-care items, we’re unable to offer refunds on opened, used, or unwanted products.

Where a claim is approved, we’ll happily offer either:

•  A replacement product, or

•  A refund to your original payment method — whichever works best for the situation, at Beyond Beauty’s discretion.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to offer exchanges on lashes or other beauty products once they’ve left us. We hope you understand this is to protect every customer’s wellbeing.

Changed your mind? No problem — you can cancel any time before your order has been dispatched. Once it’s on its way to you, we’re no longer able to cancel it, but our team is always here if you need help.
